Yeah, really. Judging by a lot of interviews of hers that I've read though, she's (thankfully) smarter than that.Hopefully, she won't use the 'Megan Fox-method'.

Currently laughing my ass off at 'Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare'!

She has a a lot of potential, she just needs to figure out how to use it.That's very nice of you because, from what I hear from people that have worked with her, she's going to need it.

It makes me happy to have gotten such a positive response on this thread. I've been a huge kaiju fan since I was a little girl. I currently own 25 out of 28 Godzilla movies, not counting the American one, and have recently gotten the missing 3 as well as japanese versions of a few others off of the pirate bay. I have all 8 of the original Gamera films and am currently working the '90's trilogy. Btw Strider, I also love 'War of the Gargantuas'. Did you know that it was a sequel to 'Frankenstein Conquers the World', starring Nick Adams?
I also have the complete original Ultraman series on DVD, as well as Rodan and all three versions of King Kong. These movies will always be a part of who I am, cheesiness and all, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I look forward to future posts here.

Just a thread to discuss Japanese Giant Monsters. I'll get started. I recently acquired the Japanese version of King Kong vs. Godzilla. Has anyone see this or any other version of the film? If so, would anyone care to weigh in on this or any other monster movies they like?

It's a damn shame that she left Attack of the Show, but I still wish her luck on her career.Oh Olivia Munn gets my motor running for sure- it goes from a small block to a Big Block. I think her features are incredible -She is of half-Caucasian and half-Chinese ancestry

Achilles' Last Stand 4/3/77. Somewhat painful to hear.

Those are both very well thought out reasons. Honestly though I would rather have a decently paced ALS over a 20 minute drum solo any day.Since I was at the shows, I'll take a stab at explaining possible reasons for the swift pace of ALS.
1. After both a lengthy drum solo and a lengthy guitar solo, the band was probably like a caged animal chomping at the bit to be set free. All that waiting around had them building up adrenaline and anxiousness in equal measure. When the solos were finally over and ALS could start proper, they were like a bull out of the gate.
2. There's a midnight curfew at the Forum. All those Forum shows were 3 hours plus...they might have felt they needed to speed things up before the curfew penalty fees took a big chunk out of their nightly gross.

I'll be impressed with the artist who can pass off a torrent or bootleg as art. XD"Pornography, Warez, bootlegs, torrents, or any other illegal transactions may not be posted." So just try to pass it off as art.

It was technically Linguine with White Clam Sauce , but I didn't mention it at first for fear that the previous topic wouldn't change. XDClams go well with linguine.
-
On a serious note, I am actually eating a bowl of linguine right now.

6/22 and 6/26 are at a slightly more decent pace, but 6/21 and 6/23/77 almost sound like the band was on fast-forward.Thanks Sue. I suppose they had their reason, but it is speedy.
