  1. I haven't seen my eldest brother since our parents died in 2009, let's just say I'm not heartbroken. He only lives one hour away from all of us, and he has not seen any of his siblings for 5 years, he really is a $*&* take that as you wish it could begin with a C or a T.

  2. Why is it that missing persons are often found with dental records that are then used to identify them? I never carry mine with me.

Also, what if they have had false teeth for a number of years, do they carry gum records????
  3. If you remember the name or location of the pub then with Google Earth you can track down the club they were playing. Most clubs have websites with their show schedules, so just check the calendar for Friday August 29 and you should be able to find the name of the band.

Thanks Strider, I am in town again tonight so I'll look at the name of the venue (It's a new place and I've never been in there)By the way all four of them looked like Frank Zappa!!! So I had to go over and have a chat, luckily they didn't think I was a nutter.
  4. this is why the human beings brain is a complicated computer of all the riding of life`s complex, complicated rapped rip tides whirlwind of moments within the darker moments. which as you have stated the darker moments from time to time well drawer you right back to the time you don't wish to return too in any shape or form, like you there are times which I`ve gotten to the point of no returning to the moments which having the memories are there in all of life`s full colour. I`ve still see the 13yrs old boy watching my father's coffining slowly going down into the grave, even with all families, brothers, sister and friends of my father`s. I felt lost, alone even within all the people there it was like all I heard was white noise to all the chatting around me. all I wanted was to get out of the house and hide away forever, to this end I shut out all and everyone to the point of no returning back, you now billy no mates. which isn't the greatest plan I`ve ever had within my lifetime, which my explain my holding back some part of myself from new friends for a little amount of time. there will be times whenever I`m at my worse I seek out my best ever hiding place which is personnel cd player, few cd`s and ever walking through the countryside, beach or local park which is for geekfreak the best way forward from the demons of the darker moments to return back for where they came from, like yourself I`ve lost my two very greatest friends, sadly my friends had taken there own lives real darkest dark you can be having on a huge scale , you keep thinking if only I didn't not say this or did that, but yes the sun will keep rising, stars will fill the dark skies with shining bright gems in the skies... I`ve now all ready done one of the three days overtime,.. is there one better way to spend your time without going out and about than chat on the forum, well yes I now there are like call a friend or two, listen to music, watch television well maybe????. isn't much on wroth watch most of the time... shouldn't state that about 57 channels and nothing ON (great Bruce Springsteen song) arrgh where will the television staff put together which will then is there anything you would or wouldn't watch you see the problem with it... the cosmos of the outer inner kingdom of the "bullet proof poets" which reach out for fellow broken angels of life`s trouble some parts, the none sport jocks, geeks, wrong side of the road, fat men/women, wish only to be treated like we treat them, life`s been hard on many of us at one time or the other. isn't life a bitch sometimes...

Yes life's a bitch, then you marry one, then you die.
  5. On my usual Friday night jaunt in Liverpool city centre last night, and I noticed a man sitting with three others and he had this magnificent Led Zeppelin sweatshirt. I asked him where he got it from, New Zealand he said, it turned out that they were a band touring the UK, last night they were playing in a place facing the pub I drink in. I forgot to ask the name of the band, who knows they may be famous one day.

  6. Just made 3Kgs of Victoria Plum Chutney from the bounty in the garden. We also have about another 10 Kgs to give away and/or eat.

Countdown is on for the CP's summer break in the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal. 2 weeks of sun, swimming in our own salt water pool in the villa we have hired and copious amounts of Sardines and wonderful wine. Fly out Saturday so will be off radar for a bit. Eat well my friends and reports and pics in a while. :suntan:

"Don't touch my bags if you please Mr Customs man!" ;)

Enjoy yourself CP's, have a nice bottle of red for me!!
  7. are well the weekend is almost here as geekfreak, is working from 18-00 to 00-00hrs than its wow wee I`m getting ready for Sunday and the `1940`s weekend break, sadly we can only go for the day. loads of people dress in the era add the music and your there too!. the bank holiday Monday I`ve been asked to do a 12 hour shift at work so I said yes, the bosses where :hurrah: with me. I`ve been revisiting my pure enjoyment of hiding within headphone hi-fi heaven it stared with Pink Floyd "Dark Side Of The Moon" and I`ve been in absolutely addicted to my headphones within my musical happiness listening joy. it seems fabulous within the music of progressive rock. be it Genesis, Yes or the new breed of progressive rock... its like the other day to when friends where asking about where I`m at with the hospital, I had to answer no, as more tests needed. to see what`s going on... is there other music that's going on that sounds better when listening with headphones full on... lets see if we like these musicians Seasick Steve, Gary Clark jr, Counting Crows I`ve gotten into them is there a thread on the forum. is there a better feeling than viewing life for what it really is, without the rose tinted glasses which only hides the truth. happiness will be found only with the truth and nothing but the truth... I`ve been a fan of the band and solo musician Tyla/Dogs D`Amour whom are a great rock `n` roll band the frontman is sometimes called the English Outlaw or Bullet Proof Poet is music is filled with reality of life`s more darker side of life and fame. there album titles says it all like dogs first " in the dynamite jet saloon, straight or a graveyard of empty bottles " solo " gothic, in life in love in dreams or 13 shades of black " even the song titles give you answers to the reality song writing styles like painkiller. another friend dies, lost, even angels...beauty asylum, the hellraisers or mad bad jack. I`ve been reading more by novelist whom also write about true life. like on the road, post office, naked truth ect... sssh! I`m hearing myself talking about reality which is where I`ve always been seeing all my life I`ve never been a wearer of rose tinted glasses, like others I`ve know whom have on and off... is there a right or wrong answer to the wearing of the glasses ??????... are well maybe or than again maybe not now why call centres keep calling even when you have said NO THANK YOU... oh have a great bank holiday weekend everyone... well there be ever a better thanking form than here with you all. which is a enlighten ways head for me many thanks to you all...
