I know, there is next to no chance that Jimmy will come up with new stuff......
But I still can't help myself, thinking if there are other musicians who could give Jimmy that extra push/inspire him.
Who knows...., maybe David is the one to do it..........

I think that's the incident in 1973, where it was put about that he'd caught it in a fence at LA airport whilst greeting fans. Although if I remember correctly, Morgana Welch in Hollywood Diaries claims that this was a lie and it actually happened when she and some fellow groupies threw him in the pool on the Riot House roof.
I see...... Too bad he hurt his hand at the time...., but a pretty funny thought if some groupies indeed threw him in the pool....... lol!

In post #11087, it looks like Jimmy is playing a left handed guitar (with the bow). Don't remember this being brought up, normally I don't notice these sort of things?
That would be one of the pictures I posted. I found the picture on Pinterest and only realized it was flipped after posting it........

Fuck this guy, people like this are the same fools who have no problem demolishing 100 year old baseball parks to make room for ugly mega-stadiums. No respect for history, no respect for true craftsmanship.
Amen to this post! Ugh...., it looks like this story isn't over yet. Robbie indeed seems to do what he wants, without regard for history and architecture.......
Kudos to Jimmy for taking his responsibility and doing what he can to preserve a beautiful building like The Towerhouse.

What makes me happy today? Well...., my mom had hip replacement surgery in febuary and needed to go through a rehab period of 6 weeks.
This morning she needed to go back to the hospital for a final check-up and x-ray. All went well and she can go home on friday.

Independent musicstores, recordstores and bookstores are already gone or will soon disappear here in The Hague.
It's all big chain-stores. (It's big chain-stores like "MediaMarkt" here, they sell, dvd's, blue ray's, cd's and games. Their vinyl collection is VERY limited.....).If I'm looking for a specific vinyl record I will need to order it on a website like www.bol.com (basically the dutch version of Amazon.....).
Even independent musicstores and bookstores are now hard to find in The Hague (For my guitar gear I need to turn to Keymusic, again a big chain, for books/magazine it's the same, nothing but large chains, with hardly any decent, personal customer service.......)
