  1. These are photo's from "The Last Adieu" box starring the last concerts in the USA, Oakland, July 23rd and 24th 1977. A third sleeve with some 1977 soundboard tracks. Every "new" link on AirRaid's site in yellow gives you the same photo of that box...

My guess is EVSD sticks to the covers posted before...

Hi Neil, I received a notification from Air Raid an hour ago...this night it will happen!

and now fingers crossed the standard edition will feature suitable artwork, compared to the de-luxe editions.

Some 1977 Jimmy 'White Dragon Suit' or some Percy from Knebworth 79, maybe? LOL

Received an email also but I guess I pass this title (maybe the standard edition):

    just on AirRaid:

    "Please Please Me EVSD-LTD box" 6 cd's € 560,-

    "God Save The Queen Box" 5 cd's € 368,-

    "Live in Osaka" 3 cd's in a paper sleeve: € 178,-

  3. Besides the (IMO only small) price difference the real setback are customs. When I buy from AirRaid I've never had to pay customs. Most of the time it states  "used cd's" or "gift".

But as Yahoo Auctions is such a big organization, they have to do things by the book and thus the "custom-forms" with the actual price is on the package.

When I bought the original "Deep Throat" it costs me € 250,- & € 22,- p&p. To pick it up from the post office it sat me back another € 56,- making € 328,- in total

Air Raid sells on Yahoo auctions.

My guess is as "Seastory1945" because sometimes when you buy sth a business card is enclosed with "AirRaid" on one side and "Seastory1945" on the flip side.

As a complete aside, has anyone from this forum ever purchased anything from Yahoo auctions? There are a few titles that I'm interested in that are selling cheaper than on Air Raid.

Until now I've bought 28 items via Yahoo auctions...

  6. Try these sources:

    20.jpg The 1975 World Tour

The 1975 World Tour (Cobra Standard Series)

The 1975 World Tour (Empress Valley Supreme Disc, original and reissue)

Snowblind (Empress Valley Supreme Disc, 9CD)

  7. EVSD is definitely trying to make money out of this, as there is a new copy on "Evolution is Timing" aka "The Stargazer" for sale on yahoo auctions. This time it's a numbered version, limited edition just around $ 120.- ex p&p

Just my guesstimate. On release date, Air Raid sold them at 25USD. Then there was a notification 'Evolution' being almost sold out. That was removed and the price increased to 38USD, that batch also  is sold out by now.

New batch of "Evolution is Timing" for sale on AirRaid's site for just $ 68.- ex p&p

From Yahoo auction site (through Google translate):

Since the end of last year, 800 sets in one month was sold out, popular commodity!
We've discovered 😂 a few inventory from the warehouse, it sends.

The major live concerts from 1969 to 1980 to 15 discs in high-quality sound has recorded plenty.
Since it has a shrink wrapping of factory direct, it can now be offered at low cost.
By housed in the secret sale box, it has become a beautiful box.
  9. Just want to mention EVSD: they just released a 15-cd box - a mere 2000 yen - with the work done by “nakedeye25” and upped on DIME 3 months ago: “Evolution Is Timing”.

Exactly the same songs, cd’s and song separation on those cd’s.

Someone at EVSD has done an incredible job... 😜

Thanks, Hindenburg ...a pity, since the expensive 'Please Please Me', 'God Save the Queen' editions aren't particularly 'inspired' in the artwork department  (like the UFO, Night Stalker stuff EV is putting out)

I was hoping they would add a little Japanese touch to the 'standard' edition... ah well let's see 😜

No Japanese touch at all: according to Yuminori's tweet these seem to be the covers of the "Please Please Me"and "God Save the Queen" editions...

Seemingly the folks from Empress Valley are planning to cash in on Night Owl's Labour of Love. I hope they're giving him at least the credits

A bit more info on www.argeteumastrum.com

The Empress Valley Supreme Disc had issued Live On Blueberry Hill - a ‘stereo matrix master’ paired up from four different audience sources, new version of the 4th of September, 1970 show. This double disc set features recently torrented fan made production of this legendary gig synched and mixed together to provide the best sounding version so far.

Available note indicates following information of sources used: * Source #1 = Neutral Zone bootleg CDs [the Blimp Records / TMOQ recording]. * Source #2 = Rubber Dubber Records bootleg LP. * Source #3 = tape source [of Mud Dogs bootleg]. * Source #5 = tape source [of Tarantura (2000) bootleg]. The lesser fidelity tape sources #4 [a/k/a Tarantura (1997)] and #6 (the most recently surfaced one) have been used to patch the introduction which is almost wholly missing from the other circulating tapes. See the Note further below for more information and identification (to the best of our ability and recollection).
