Very cool. Thanks for posting this. Love the photo, too. Anyone what the microphone is for that looks like it's coming out of Jimmy's guitar? Seems too high up to be capturing any of the individual drums. And video from LA in 1970 is just too much to hope for. Any idea if it's 3/27 or 9/4?

The mic looks like the overhead drum mic.

It's 9/4 8mm footage and he has LA 71 film too. Footage looks like his photos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzlagiZLp7bkxGCrPu8rXuQ/videos

I am also a huge GoT fan (been to the filming sites in N. Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Malta and Croatia).  I have not really been enthusiastic about "House of the Dragon" partly because it's a prequel well before the Song of Ice and Fire and second because of the shitty last two seasons of GoT.

Did you enjoy the first episode?

    Unwatchable.

I've held membership in this forum from day one -- more than 15 years. There's a number of banned members who return under new names and avatars to try to stir the pot for no reason other than to attack me. They're easy to spot -- the new members with only a handful of posts who immediately default in any thread on any topic to trying to insult me. Billy is a real piece of work. Many years ago he formed his own anti-SAJ support group, Billy's Zep Phreaks or something. I certainly couldn't care less what anyone may think about me, but I've been nothing but nice towards you.

JC, stop derailing this thread with your stupid drama FFS.

I agree but presumably Page signed it off, so he’s no better.

the worst edited album I’ve ever heard in my life. I’m 57 and have never heard anything as shit as the edits in NQ, WLL and D&C. They might not have been able to do much with the film bu that’s no reason to fuck up the accompanying album

sadly, it seems this may never be rectified.

So I was feeling nostalgic and google  the concert and this forum came up on my search. Remembered that 49 years ago I was at the MSG concert sitting a couple rows back . Watching and enjoying RP...and years later found out that I'm in the video. I'm the girl in the white hoodie. The reason I was smiling and laughing was because he pointed and signal to come up closer to the stage.

    This one?

I've been a huge Zepp fan since 2015 and their best live work, from 1969 to 1973 has kept me going. However, I've always had issues with 1970. RAH does nothing for me, though the first 30 minutes of Montreux are incredible. Robert's best voice of the year with his 69 timbres still intact. Recently, I decided to give this year a second try starting with the US spring tour. It's incredible, the band is on fire at Memphis, Raleigh. Jimi's playing well at the la forum as well. However, am still struggling with the summer tour. I get bored after the first two tracks. Robert's voice is great(though diminished in timbre from earlier in the year), but the rest of the band is tame in comparison, Professional, but tame. I can barely hear what Jimi's playing most times. Bonham doesn't deliver to the level of Memphis and Raleigh earlier. I need some help in finding a show from this tour where the entire band is firing on all cylinders(not just plant) nor is plant overshadowing the band. Shows from the summer tour I've listened to partially or completely;  Milwaukee, Honolulu, San Diego, New York evening show, la forum.

Seems like you're complaining about sound quality more than performance. As mentioned, summer 70 is prime Zep. I'd also include Bath Festival 6-28-70 as one of their all time highlights.
