When I first started interwebbin' in '96, I would always use music-related names on Yahoo chat.
Once I was C_U_Down_In_Arizona_Bay :lolo:
When October Rust came out, I really liked that album, so I used TypeO and it's been the easiest to stick with.

Me and Jason Bonham!! ....No, not really, just my other half! Yeah, I know he's not his spitting image but he does remind me of him
Nice pic!
You got kind of a Sandra Bulloch thing going on.
And that IS a good thing. :lolo:

Thanks. We're here to celebrate our love of Zeppelin and be friends sharing in a community, not start crap with people. Cheers!
Exactly.
Most forums I've been on are usually age-oriented, and friction often develops between age groups.
That's what I think is one of the most unique qualities of this forum - an enormous range of ages all with a common appreciation.

COOL Zepheads probably won't be too interested in meeting YOU with a bullshit attitude like that.

^ Is that in the Village? My ex lives there. I didn't need to be reminded, lol.Sweet photo in front of the PG building!A terrific shot. Worthy of a Zep advertising campaign.Classic photo!Love it!I agree, that's a pretty cool picture.
OK, yes, that is 96 St. Marks Place, the "Physical Graffiti" building.
Yes, that is me with my new Mothership set.
But no, I wasn't actually there.
I'm a graphic artist, and the pic is "chopped", or photoshopped.
I was sitting at my desk when I took the pic, and I thought it looked pretty drab with my office walls for a background. So I went hunting for a shot from TSRTS - hopefully the Page sequence with the scene waving the sword with multi-colored trails - to use as a background. Instead I stumbled upon this killer shot of the building, and I knew it was perfect!
I live in Georgia, never even been to NYC :lolo:
So I appreciate all the responses, but I don't want to perpetrate a fraud on y'all - at least not for too long! :lolo:
and the chop:

June 19 - Rush "Snakes and Arrows", Charlotte, NC
28 songs with an intermission
definitely top 5 of best shows I've ever seen.

Tool is the shit - saw them in 98 or 99, fuggin' incredible.
When they played Opiate the place EXPLODED - the whole floor became a pit.
Very intense, and I love their cover of No Quarter.
One of the things I love about Tool is how well they end songs. I've never been a fan of "fade-out" songs, and Tool is the master of intense endings. "Sober", "Jerk Off", Hooker With a Penis", "Crawl Away", you can just keep going. Tool can really hammer the ending of a song.

I've been on a 90's timewarp lately, so i've got an industrial playlist of mostly ministry, skinny puppy and fear factory.
right now, Self Bias Resistor - FF
