Is anyone familiar with this pressing? It appears it's a pretty rare item based on the cost and I wanted to know if this copy is worth getting even though it costs a few hundred bucks or so.

if you are buying an unopened one keep it that way as an investment. It will only go up in price. if you are buying it to enjoy, $280-$300 is a bit expensive for what you get. It is better than the off the shelf release, just not spectacularly so.

It does not measure up to the "remastered for iTunes" recently released ITTOD.

off topic but i just discovered the Saucerful of Secrets vinyl i own, is a 1st press mono edition, its sells for crazy prices, anywhere between £300&800!!
