Here's a couple of cassette versions (UK, New Zealand). Not sure about 8-track.

The cassette is white with black writing. The cover looks like the one that Sam posted on the right, except that "Music By Jimmy Page" is directly underneath the pic of Charles Bronson & the Swan Song logo is underneath "Music By Jimmy Page". The catalog number CS 8511 and the Dolby System logo is to the left of the Swan Song logo.
