Administrators sam_webmaster Posted September 4, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 4, 2015 New York University's accredited Led Zeppelin course held its debut session yesterday. The three-hour class of 30 students, mainly music majors, is part of the school's Clive Davis program - http://tisch.nyu.edu/clive-davis-institute.A number of guest speakers are planned, including journalists and former Swan Song VP Danny Goldberg.-Sam
Sathington Willoughby
Wish they offered that at my school. Probably would bring my GPA up. Edited September 4, 2015 by Sathington Willoughby
sk8rat
I don't need to pay $50,000+ a year for someone to tell me what I already know about led zeppelin
wilsoncb420
LOL. I'm pretty sure a lot of us would be yawning during that class.
NealR2000
I suspect that a lot of the course work will involve far more than just knowing the songs and their meanings, and who played what in what key. I would imagine that it will cover some pretty deep stuff, like social movements of the time, the psychology behind their amazing pulling power, the art of rock and roll supply and demand, etc.
