  1. Thanks for the info Steve. Sea Love, I believe peaked at number 3 on the Billboard singles charts. That's the highest for any Led Zeppelin or post-Zep single. Whole Lotta Love had made it to number 4.
  2. Steve, Probably, a typo on your part, but Robert's performance along with Brian Setzer was December, 1984 and not 1985. I'm quite certain that is correct. Since, the Honeydrippers' album was released in 1984, that would make sense. While we're on the subject of this, Robert performed Elvis' Rockin' At Midnight (formerly Good Rockin' Tonight) and Santa Claus Is Back In Town on the show. Is that the only Christmas Song Robert or anyone else in Led Zeppelin has ever performed from the Led Zeppelin days onward? Think about that for a while. That could be a tough one.
  3. I read this a couple of days ago. Interesting how they keep moving the albums around to different part of the White House, depending who's president. Some have more interest in music than others. It also seems the inclusions of various albums have been improving too.
  4. Ain't Too Proud To Beg-Rolling Stones
  5. The Bell's Of St. Mary's-Bing Crosby
  6. You Make Me Feel Like Dancing-Leo Sayer
  7. Clearly has had dental ('90s) and eye work ('00s) done along the way. He looks good!
  8. Are You Gonna Go My Way-Lenny Kravitz
  9. I guess you just assume the risk. I know certain items come with certificates of authenticity, but even those can be faked. If the source is a reputable one, than that might be something to go by.
  10. These scammers will try to get away with anything, just for a buck. It's just too bad that there are so many naive people out there who just fall for it without an education on what they're buying. They accept everything as being genuine.
  11. I know this is officially out of season but I thought I'd do it anyway. O' Little Town Of Bethlehem-Frank Sinatra's is my favorite
  12. Piazza didn't use "The Rover" all of the time just once in a while. David Wright uses some kind of hip-hop song I'm not familiar with. I also heard he wanted to use "The Song Remains The Same" as well. I read these things on Metsblog.com, who's info is quite reputable and is associated with the Mets tv network, SNY.
  13. About 28 degrees right now with light snow. Had two inches of the white stuff this morning. I hate the cold weather, but the snow looks so beautiful the first day or so.
  14. Summer's Almost Gone-The Doors
  15. (Just Like) Starting Over-John Lennon and what's her name.
  16. Hot Child In The City-Nick Gilder
  17. You suck! It's 5 degrees F here in Connecticut and you're over in Australia getting a suntan and having a frosty tropical beverage. Let's trade! Just don't rub it in next time!
  18. Thank you one and all for the confirmation on these gigs. I thought both were in 1985, but one in 1986 as well. I remember seeing news clips of the 1985 show years back.
