i had heard a few songs on the radio awhile back and dont really remember them. i do remember a christmas song of his from the radio, this past christmas. -come on christmas, big drums sound, heavy guitars..in an over produced 80s sort of way, but really good song. have a mental note to look for this at a used cd store one day.

i walked my dog this morning and nobody was in the park cause its so cold, so i walked to the bay with the dog. let him off leash and he was running around in absolute joy in the snow. he ran at me full speed and bit my sweatshirt and ripped it, the freak. it was a good walk. then i stopped by my brothers house on the way back and hung out with them for awhile.

cold, but no wind so not that bad. got two walks in with the dog. can tell that the days are getting longer already.

led zeppelin-when the levee breaks what a sound in those rafters...oh man just music geeking out to that scene in -it might get loud. such a cool story about that song and what a cool memory for zeppelin.

led zeppelin-ramble on u2-get on your boots white stripes-seven nation army cheers to -thomas tull and davis gugenheim for a great movie. after watching it a few times since last week, had a renewed or spirited listen of -presence yesterday.

i heard on the radio that -jimmy cliff is getting inducted into the rock and roll hall on the radio. jerry garcia does a good version of that song too on a live cd. great song. the doors-waiting for the sun land ho!

^i had just heard on the radio today about that song being off -keith richards first solo record from 78 or something and that amazed me, cause i'm only familiar with the record from 88 with the expensive winos. anyway apparently that was a christmas single back then, very cool. cheers and happy holidays to everyone on the board. tom petty-love is a long road

we are supposed to get that storm too in ny. i heard that west virginia is supposed to be the worst. for ny they are calling for it to be bad on long island for some reason, maybe an ocean effect, up to 12inches, whereas the rest of ny state is supposed to less. who knows, they get this stuff wrong all the time. my dad has the ladder set on the extension room he put on my parents house, with a shallow angle roof. he thinks the snow is too much weight,yeah right-the way he built stuff. so guess who gets to shovel the snow off the roof most of the times, me. too bad its not closer to christmas, it would be cooler.

rolling stones-rocks off torn and frayed happy heard on the radio that its mr. richards 66th bday today. havin some beers and cigarettes and thank you for the music.
