  1. Hey Hey What Can I Do - If you don't know you have a problem
  2. The Three Stooges are the Led Zeppelin of comedy!
  3. When I was a teenager my hair went almost to my waist. I was going to do dreadlocks (I was into scream metal) until I was repeatedly told you can't undo them or wash them. I cut it off when I got all religious. I'm growing my hair again as we speak. Not as long as before though. Not even close. Maybe to my shoulders.
  4. Where Were You - Jeff Beck
  5. In The Air Tonight - Phil Collins (I official apologize for mentioning Phil Collins. lol)
  6. I can't really see this as a rip off. Originally the Yardbirds played the song with altered music and then Led Zeppelin with altered lyrics added to the altered music. I know it's still similiar and based off the Holmes song but I think that by the time it was recorded the Zep version was different enough from the original to not be a case of plagerism. A judge, other fans, or the artists themselves may see it differently but that's what I think. This is a very common thing in music just nobody seems to care unless it's with Led Zeppelin for some reason. Alice Cooper admitted that his song No More Mr. Nice Guy is an altered version of a song by The Who. He even told one of the members (Roger Daltery I think) and he didn't care. He still liked the song. The song is stilled credited to Alice Cooper and Michael Bruce. No one has sued anyone to my knowledge and no royalties are being payed. In fact, listen to No More Mr. Nice Guy and The Substitute and you'll hear the simliarity yourself. Of course if I was Jake Holmes I might want to sue also so I'm not judging his actions since I'm not in his shoes. I'm just glad it's resolved.
  7. I tried that it gave no results. I must have done it wrong. I'm not really good at computers.
  8. Very good. I can't sift through all the threads.
  9. This is kinda old so it may have been discussed before but I recently stumbled across Jack Bruce's (the guy from Cream) thoughts on Led Zeppelin and the O2 reunion recently (I have no idea how or where). He had alot to say about how much he hates Led Zeppelin saying they were "crap." He boasted about how he could sing better than Plant and Clapton could outplay Page and how Cream was 10 times the band that Led Zeppelin was. If anyone has read Eric Clapton's autobiography they'd know that Clapton thought Bruce was an arrogant jerk. He kinda looks like it. In fairness he did say it was blow out of proportion. Anyways, I guess I'm not trying to start a disscussion I just that it was kinda funny how jealous a guy can still get even after he's accomlished as much as Bruce. If you're a fan of his check it out.
  10. I've been kinda dabbling around listening a little to this band. I'll probably break down and buy the CD. They are one of the VERY FEW new bands that have an old school sound.
