I have had my nose rubbed in it by various British members here in the past, recalling and living in past glories and so on, so forgive me if I take this moment to say .........
Nah nah naaaaaaah nah fucking naaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Cat, how's it shakin'!?
Good thanks Reggie. Although it'll be a different story tomorrow, because i'm driving up to Sydney for a few days. I'm not looking forward to facing the pre christmas idiot drivers on the highways and then the masses of shoppers, let alone trying to find parking spots at this time of year. You'll know these shopping centre's i'm going to and will understand - Westfield Parramatta, Top Ryde, Macquarie Centre North Ryde and if i'm still alive and sane, into the city and Paddy's ............. aarrgghhhhhhhhhh ..... I must be crazy!
So I also hope the test in Perth goes the distance, because i'll be missing most of it while i'm up there. Hopefully the tv coverage will run into the evenings because of the time difference and then I can watch ...... while i'm soaking my feet and replenishing my sanity with some wine.
Oh ..... and can you please not put on a stinking hot weekend for me up there
-
hahaha .... yes indeed Puffer!
I mean, No way
-
-
hahahaha .... you two ........ love it!
The Last Post ...... normally a sad, reflective sound ......... but .................... sometimes ...................
-
Remember, this is the same team that was over in England not so long ago. I'm not getting cocky and celebrating just yet.
But, in saying that ............ so far so good. So a little quiet wooohhoooooooooo is in order

Nelson Mandela has passed away.
One of, if not the greatest man of our lifetime.
May he finally rest in peace.
-
Yeah, exactly! ...... Sledging has been going on for years and we don't give any worse than we receive. This one was just unfortunate that it was picked up by the stump mic, which the previous exchange between Anderson and Bailey was not.
You lost the match! .... get over and stop finding things to complain about, other than your team's poor performance ...... or i'll break your fucking arm
As for Trott returning to England with stress related problems. Thats a shame and sad to hear. He will be missed, not only by his English teammates and supporters, but by us Aussie's as well.

What happened to Harrison Ford?
I don't know. Harrison and his whole post seems to have disappeared ....... which makes my comment look ridiculous .... hahaha

Dippy duck egg and soldiers, with a freshly made expresso coffee to finish off my breakfast.
And of course thanks to Puffer for turning me on to duck eggs
-
Just remember who turned you on to duck eggs !!!
Speaking of ducks ..... there was a few quackers happening yesterday hahaha
Actually, I think i'll boil up a nice dippy duck egg for breakfast right now ........... mmmmmmmmm
As for Brisbane's weather. It's our tropical storm season up there and it doesn't look good for today.
Here's a good detailed weather link you can check each day.

Fuck
Such a lovely sound ............
Things will probably change around very shortly, so give us this fleeting moment of gloating.

Stop bragging you
This is my reaction to my horses ..............

#6 - Fiorente won it.
Blew my money on the Melbourne Cup, yet again. There should be a couple of smiles here though.
-
I see you picked Dandino (8), thats my main selection and also the favourite Fiorente (6) is in your mix too. The other two you picked I haven't taken much notice of, but anything can win this race, luck has a great deal to do with it.
The race is about 2 hrs 30 mins away now. Good luck and to you too Jules.

Hey Rick, it's time to become an honourary Aussie for one day and have a bet in our biggest race of the year ...... The Melbourne Cup.
In saying that, it's a mug punters chance of picking the winner, as there's 24 horses in the field battling it out over 2 miles for the $6 million prize money ....... and while form is obviously important, anything can win this race.
It's un Australian not to have a few bets in this race, which literally stops the nation. So I'll be backing #8 - Dandino and #4 - Sea Moon. I'm also taking a trifecta of those 2 horses plus #22 - Dear Demi
Race 7, Flemington, Tuesday 5th November, 3pm. Remember, we do our day/month opposite to yours (if looking at form guide) and we're about 16 hours ahead of you.

I watched Django again for the second time last night.
Even knowing what happens, I realised as it neared the end, that my body had been totally tense and I had almost a tight lock jaw throughout the whole movie.
Brilliant movie, incredibly acted ....... but a terrible reminder of what a sad and horrific past mankind has on it's resume.

I don't do halloween either and don't know anyone who does, but I can see it slowly creeping into the Aussie culture and shops.
TypeO, those wounds you created were incredible. Very realistic and nauseating to look at. Great work!
-
Totally agree Slave.
An expression that seemingly intelligent people say that simply doesn't make sense.

Black rice pudding. Which is not really a pudding, but more like a plate of blackish purple mush. I love this stuff though .... and it's even good for me. I simmer it in water with a couple of kaffir lime leaves, a star anise, 2 cardimon pods, scraped vanilla bean seeds and a little brown sugar, then add coconut milk after it's reduced and cooked.

Thar she blows, Starbuck.
:^)
Speaking of Moby Dick .............
. So if you have any shots of a sperm please post.
Oh ...... uummmmm ............ thats a bit personal.
There's porn sites for that you know.
:hysterical: :hysterical:
I went on a tour to watch them at Cape Cod a couple years back. We saw them, about 9-12 miles out. I have always wanted to see a sperm.
I've never seen a Sperm whale down the coast where I live. We mainly have Humpbacks and Southern Right whales. Funny you should mention a Cape Cod whale watching tour, because I was booked to do one when I was there, but I ran out of time/was too exhausted and didn't end up making it.
