Only a few days 'til my birthday, woohoo! Although it's kinda lame, because I'm gonna be 22...it just seems to be all downhill from here.

I'm reading Oliver Twist. Never actually read any Dickens before...I thought it might be pretty hard going because of when it was written, but it's the complete opposite! It's ace.

Well, now that Led Zeppelin is done and dusted (:'(), the next gig I'm going to is Radiohead at the end of June. Although I'm sure I'll be going to plenty of other stuff in-between.

I know, they are a rare occurence! I haven't seen Andrew (on the left) since my 18th birthday and I haven't seen David for a couple of years now either. It was great to see them. It was actually a funeral that brought us together! It was Andrew and David's grandad that died. I barely remember him though. Thanks Bilbo!

Saw Manic Street Preachers lastnight at Manchester Central. It was so much better than the last time I saw them! Got a really good spot this side right near the front, but out of the crushy bit. I mean, that's my second choice after the barrier so it was cool. They were amazing. Even though JDB had a cold. He said he was sorry, but that he was "trying to clear all this fuckin' snot from my sinus". Haha. Cherry Ghost were a bit disappointing, though. I found their set order a little strange, for a start. And the venue is ace, never been in there before. It's got the atmosphere of a music festival when you first walk in...but inside, obviously.

Well...the characters are gangsters. So to me they're gangster movies. Sorry, but what did you expect me to say to this? "Sorry, you obviously know so much more about movies than I do so I'm going to change my mind"?
