Matt you have great taste in woman and Beer and the little guy is a ham for the camera. My little guy is 10 now. Man it's great for a guy to have a son, little girls are sweet but a son just feels like living your childhood all over again. :yay:

  2. The main Hooters here in the center of Downtown is a huge letdown. The women serving you are not that hot and certain body parts don't live up to your expectations going in like they are supposed to. We had a coupkle waitresss that just didn't have it. One of them even had bruises on her legs. WTF??? Just not attractive. I was really let down the first time i went.

She just likes it a little rough B)

Damn Al, I just know we spilled beer on each other some where along the way.

I've been to nearly all the New Orleans shows you've posted including the Edgar Winter Ruby Star show. St. Bernard Civic Auditorium right?

The Riot show at Tulane Stadium ZZ Top 76 was that wild, shit I went to see Skynyrd and they cancelled. :(

  4. The CBC Montreal news doing a story on all the damage caused by the riot after the Montreal Canadians beat the Boston Bruins in game 7

Yeah what's up with that! They won didn't they. Jumping on police cars?

Try that down here and N.O.P.D would shoot you or trample you with horses at the very least.

  5. WOO HOO!!! Cool. We once found about a quarter pound stashed in a little side compartment of the bus my ex and I were converting into a "house." It too was obviously stashed by someone running from the law.

I find money now and then, never too much.

A dear friend from Asheville once found 3000 bucks in a brown bag outside a coffee shop. He could've taken it, but he heard a lady had lost it and he returned it. She was so happy she offered him a reward and he said, "How about a cup of coffee instead?" People like him are far and few between.

On the other side, I've twice lost over a thousand, one time I knew who took it but I couldn't prove it, she took it out of my wallet while I was elsewhere. *BITCH!*

A friend of mine, his little bro found 800 bux one time and turned it in to the police.

They told him if no one claims it in 30 days it was his. When he went back to check, they told him "Oh the money tested positive for cocain residue" and they impounded the money. WTF?

It was well known that in the Late 70"s, most of the money in circulation could be found to have some sort of presence of cocain from the roll and snort or hand to hand contact. B)

  6. When I was 20 I ran across this paper bag in a bush and it had an oz of weed and around $3000.00 in it. Figured somebody stashed it from the cops or something.

    Nice chunk a change in 1979. :beer::cheer:

  7. I"ve visited Montreal and stayed a few nights in Ottowa in cabins at the Boy's Club camp.

If I ever hit the lotto I would buy a summer home there or at least Vermont or

New Hampshire. It was in June I believe, the mornings were crisp and the days mild and unusally dry and comfortable.

    Beautiful land up there.

  8. They had one lp I liked quite a bit called Two for the Show I believe and were pretty good Live saw them open for ZZ Top in New Orleans 1975

Damn I remember seeing Trooper I just couldn't remember which concert I had seen them at.

Thanks for the memory jog Al. That ZZ Top show at city park stadium was great. :D

  9. Thanks guys :D

Eek, ASHLEY, no no no you are not to smoke !:lol:

But I must say, you look pretty sexy with that cigarette.

    It's a bad habit though

It's actually an addiction not a habit.Biting your nails is a habit, cracking your knuckles is a habit. My advice to Bonham is to quit while he's young, the longer you wait the more addictive it becomes and it gets harder and harder to quit I know from experience.

    R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company:

While these ingredients are approved as additives for foods, they were not tested by burning them, and it is the burning of many of these substances which changes their properties, often for the worse. Over 4000 chemical compounds are created by burning a cigarette, many of which are toxic and/or carcinogenic. Carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide and ammonia are all present in cigarette smoke. Forty-three known carcinogens are in mainstream smoke, sidestream smoke, or both.

  10. I don't believe in any of those things. They are all scams.

Don't be too quick to discount that which you cannot see. You can't see air but you know it's there or you would suffocate.

I tend to discount some of the story tellers because they may just be seeking attention.

"The Truth is out there!" :)

  11. I have just started wearing glasses for reading...I was a little mortified when I found that I couldn't read teeny print anymore. I hit 40, then the need for glasses. Jeez, it's all downhill from here

I made it to 42 and had to get the specs for reading news paper print

so far 1.25 is just fine. B)
