According to news reports, he was at Kennestone hospital in Georgia. He was 63 and got a staff infection. Then he had a series of heart attacks. They put him on a respirator, but then he passed away.

I have a pedal made by Walrus called the 'Slo' pedal which gives some dreamy effects. Just haven't messed with it that much. He does a good review on it.
I picked one up along with Astronaut pedal, which you can’t find anymore unless you pay $250 or more and rising ... very cool effects
