Black-Dog Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 Hey guys, just saw this: http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/jimmy-page-and-robert-plant/1998/drumquinna-hotel-county-kerry-ireland-3bd0f490.html Can somebody tell something more to this? Didn't know that they played there, some covers. Maybe some audio footage is there...? Cheers Quote
SteveAJones Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 (edited) August 6, 1998 Drumquinna Hotel in Kerry, Ireland Page, Plant & Michael Lee with a wedding band bassist and keyboardist perform an impromptu set at lighting designer Tom Kenny's wedding According to Robert's comments in 'The Mirror' (UK) (30 Oct - 5 Nov 98 issue) they only intended to play one song but ultimately played an hour. So far as I know there are no recordings or photographs in circulation. Edited March 30, 2013 by SteveAJones Quote
SuperDave Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 I do remember Jimmy having one of his OTD about this on his website some time ago. Maybe not that long ago. Perhaps, nearly two years ago. Loved the music he used. It was a Celtic Air by Innisfree Ceoil called Roisin Dubh. Real great stuff. So much, that I had to download it. Great scenery used for that OTD feature, if I recall for the background. Quote
