Moddey Dhoo Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Sorry to have to start a new thread, I couldn't find anything in the 'search'. Having a little trouble, I tried to comment in another forum to another members comment. I thought I have to press 'quote' to ad the other member's comment in my post? I did this, but it did not include the other member's comment, leading everyone else to believethat I had left a general comment in the thread instead of a direct comment to the member's post. Sorry. does this make sense? If so, how do I do this for next time? Thanks! Quote
Deborah J Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 ^ Hi Moodey Are you trying to quote someone here from a certain thread? If you are trying to post from here to another forum ( other than here) I would think you would just copy and paste (with their permission:-) I would like to help, but I am not understanding your question?? I was having the same problem- if I wanted to comment on another member's comment I would click on "Quote" and their original post wouldn't come up in my reply box. I usually use Internet Explorer to view this forum, but one day I happened to be on AOL & tried it on their browser and it worked, so I think it might be a browser problem, so maybe you might want to try another browser and see if that helps. anniemouse Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I have had issues with posting and I think browser issues are at the heart of your problem. For some reason Chrome is more adaptable than IE. for me. Quote
