Katsumi Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 For the 1975 North American An Evening With Led Zeppelin tour, a poster is pictured on Wikipedia. A horizontally—flipped image of Katherine Hepburn as a pilot from the movie Christopher Strong superimposed over the Led Zeppelin album cover. What makes me suspicious: cannot find example regarding this tour poster on this website and why "crop circles" on the zeppelin? ZoSo symbols in use since Led Zeppelin IV. Thanking you in advance for your help and I apologize if this has been covered. Quote
Katsumi Posted August 3, 2017 Author Posted August 3, 2017 Thank you for your swift response! This is a very nice website. Many forums have been ruined by Photobucket breaking image links. The Led Zeppelin font and design continuity outstanding. Quote
Strider Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 I forget exactly where, but I stumbled upon a photo site (either Tindr or pinterest or photobucket) purporting to be Led Zeppelin concert posters and at least 50% were fake. Buyer beware. Quote
jsj Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 ive seen quite a few faked "vintage" posters like this for many bands. they seem to be a trend. some are reproductions of original posters and some are new "old" designs that never existed in the first place Quote
