Why do some people put humidifiers in the room where they store their guitars? What model is Jimmy's main amp? Any specs on it would be nice. I'm only asking because I remember reading a story many years ago about Dave Gilmour storing his guitars in a room with a humidifier, only to discover later that the strings had rusted, and that he'd made a mistake.
