Final Ballot question

I have a friend who received a code in the final ballot.I will be his guest.

The problem is, he doesnt have a CC and has requested one @ the bank. We are now waiting for it to arrive to buy them

My question is, i know this final ballot codes are in a first come first serve basis, so any info about how many tickets available yet?

If you have a valid code then of course there will be a ticket waiting for you as long as you buy it the alotted time . But by now I would think there were mainly seats high up in the 400s

but from what i saw in the mail...there is no alloted time in the final ballot tickets

also..where can i find a seat chart for the 02 arena?

Yes, it is apparently on a first come, first served basis for the final draw. As long as the Ticketmaster site is live, I think you're fine. They also have the seating chart:
