eternal light
Originally by a Chicago soul group called The Sharpees (April 1966). Maybe that's why it sounds familiar; 1966 was an interesting year. It reminds me of the time when Jimmy Page was in the Yardbirds. I recall watching a television program and noticing that he had a new singer in the band, but I don't remember the name of the program. I remember where I was, what I was doing, and all of that. I'm wondering if it was near the time of the the February, 1968 show at the Whisky. Edited April 12, 2008 by eternal light
The Pagemeister
This is a new one to me, until I found this, I only heard the two songs from 66 To Timbuktu. And there is another one: Robert Plant with "Listen"1966 Everybodys Gonna Say- sounds a bit like Going To A Go Go Edited April 12, 2008 by The Pagemeister
zero
i like all the pre zeppelin recordings he made. when i first heard them i was struck by how different he sounded in comparison to the first album. his voice sounds slightly deeper and his singing aproach was much different. It's a little more uptempo than http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWt4Hz1KGcQ.
