nirvana Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 Went to another awesome Dave Matthews Band concert the other night and to my delight - during the DMB stage setup the crew played 1/2 hour of Led Zeppelin over the stage speakers! The DMB audience rocked to Black Dog, Dyer, Wanton Song, Trampled, WLL, Rock n Roll, Dancin' Days, and WIAWSNB! Great taste by the DMB Stage Crew...thank you guys! I once read where Carter said John Bonham was his favorite drummer and that he (Bonzo) had the biggest influence on him. Dave's done a number of Zep tunes in concert over the years.
