  1. The interesting tidbit that I've yet to see reaffirmed in any article regarding the Mexican deaths' are the conditions of the people with fatalities prior to contracting the virus. I've heard talk of them being "normal, healthy middle-aged people." But is that by Mexican standards, our standards or worldwide "normal, healthy" standards?

  2. What is hysterical is how the medical media and others alike are saying, "Oh just take Tamiflu if you get sick."

Is it likely this thing could blow up? Possibly.

    Should we worry? Nope.

If it blows up, will "tamiflu" or any "flu vaccine" save me? Nope, there is no cure or vaccine for swine flu. If you get it, it's up to your God-given immune system to do the rest.

    Happy catching! :P

Edited to Add: Not trying to be the scare tactition, just being realistic from a true medical standpoint.

It all depends on how it mutates. It could go away or have a minute fatality ratio..or...

  3. I just bought Nick Mason's book on Pink Floyd. Very excellent read, so far.

I read that last year. I found alot of the early pictures, especially pre72 with them playing soccer or on the beach with their gfs and wives very cool. It's a well written book too.

Floyd started to shows signs of fatigue and ego troubles during WYWH, with Waters and Gilmour beginning their reoccuring "shouting matches" during recording. It wasn't until Animals that there was a real tension brewing within the band. I know Mason was asked to pick up his weight by Gilmour, who felt he was underplaying on the album. Mason contributed his lack of interest in his recent divorce while in Wright's case, he was said to be going through a creative slump. Whatever the reasons, Animals is basically the album that broke Pink Floyd. The Wall is the album that split the band up.
