  8. Good night at work tonight. I believe me & my co-workers (Brooke & Michelle) are the original "Mean Girls". We give each other hell each time we work together!

  9. On this day in 1972, Robert Plant asked for the first time, "Does anybody remember laughter?" As Led Zeppelin played the first of two consecutive gigs at the Nassau County Coliseum on Long Island, an audience of 16,000 listened as the singer coined a phrase during "Stairway to Heaven" just after the line, "And the forests will echo with laughter."

  15. On this day in 1969, a concert at the Birmingham Town Hall marked the first date in a spell of U.K. appearances lasting until the end of the month. Birmingham, an equal distance from the homes of John Bonham and Robert Plant, was the first stop where U.K. fans could purchase Led Zeppelin tour programs.

  19. Racing in the morning. Why can't this be every day?

  20. Hoping I can make it through the day today. Tomorrow is going to be awesome. Drag races!

  21. On this day in 1972, the singer of Led Zeppelin seemed to be working on his Elvis Presley imitation, while his group was outselling the King. Presley's "Heartbreak Hotel" and "I Need Your Love Tonight" were among songs included in a rock 'n' roll medley toward the end of Zep's concert at the Baltimore Civic Theater. Plant used his higher singing range to pay tribute to his muse and do the songs justice.

  22. Going to bed. I hate getting off from work at 10:30.

  23. DAILY "ZEP" FACTOID. I FIGURE SOME OF YOU ARE JUST DYING TO KNOW THIS LOL! On this day in 2007, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham met in a secret rehearsal studio and began to play some Led Zeppelin songs. They reportedly started off with "Houses of the Holy" and "Custard Pie," two songs Led Zeppelin had never played in concert.
