Well, life here in Auckland is really nice! It's a very friendly, relaxed and laid-back sort of city. It does tend to be very hilly though and you need a good pair of running shoes to get around! BTW, congrats on your move to Aus! Good choice there!

You're right aeon! No animal or any living creature for that matter should suffer! I really do hope that I'll get to raise a kitten one day but I don't think now is the time because I live in an apartment (that to on the 15th floor) and I am really scared that my kitten might hurt herself! Before I can get a kitten, I'm going to move into a house!

That's so sweet! I am so glad you and your husband could rescue that poor thing and give him a proper and loving home!! I'm sure that he is a part of the family now! And so glad to hear that he has become all cute and chubby!
