I also have hypo-thyroid disease. That's quite a coincidence. I'm able to keep my weight and energy level where it should be as long as I take medication everyday. It kinda sucks going to the doctor regularly to get blood work done and being on pills for the rest of my life but it's better than being overweight and tired for the rest of my life (and possibly dying if the condition worsens).

That's pretty good for a fellow not artist.

I read a really good book on dieting. It was called Quit Digging Your Grave With A Knife And Fork by Mike Huckabee. The same Huckabee who ran for president in20 08 (as if there were other Huckabees out there lol). It's not political at all though. It's just very straight forward common sense. I would recommend it.

I'm not a Ladies but I am an expert. In 2010 I lost... Ready for it?... Ready?... Here it comes... 70 pounds! I lost it VERY fast too. Like in a few months. All I did was count calories. I said no more than 1,000 calories (and as much less as I could but that was my cap) a day distributed throughout the day to keep my metabolism moving. It just flew off. Also I read if you don't eat you will lose 2 pounds a day. So if you want to go really fast just don't eat for like a month and get some fast skinnies, oh yeah! lol

If the thread had said "For Men Only" it would be nothing but pictures of women. The fact that you are having a legit conversation makes me suspect that maybe women are a little brighter as a gender. lol

I didn't say it was. I said some guys should be banned from NE too for cheating. The NFL is too lenient on all kinds of cheating. Especially because both teams won a SB while cheating. It's not at all the same. It should still be punished harshly though.

If you are a Brian Howe fan don't read this. I saw him last year in a free concert only because he played after the awesome Lee Rocker show. I tried to get my party to leave but they wanted to see him. We were in the front row. He was very grumpy and yelling at the stage help DURING THE SONGS and he sounded just awful. Anyway, he started playing a Beatles cover and I hate the Beatles and his terrible singing. I booed at him and he reacted to me. He was already grumpy and he almost exploded when I booed him. If he wasn't 100 years old he probably would've jumped off the stage and tried to whip my butt. lol I'm a jerk I know but he deserved it for yelling at the stage help like that. I didn't think he would hear me or I wouldn't have done it. But he literally had the audience cringing the way he was making a scene on stage like that. He had it coming but I still feel kinda bad and think it was funny at the same time. Anyway, he was so bad that we all left anyways.

The NFL is too lenient. If a coach is trying to injure players he should just be thrown out of the league. Problem solved. (This is also what I wanted to see happen to Belicheat in New England.) And the worst part of what NO did is that people have died playing football. DIED! Look up Stone Johnson and Mack Lee Hill as players who died as a result of football injuries in KC. No one was trying to hurt them either (to my knowledge). In NO they were trying to hurt people so it made it 10 times more dangerous. Sean Peyton could have killed someone! And how is this not a crime if he was paying people to hurt others?

Has anyone received their copy yet? I know it said it could take over a month but as soon as other Americans start getting theirs I'm going to start getting excited.
