Great performance. Whitney Houston looks great. Jennifer Hudson just won for best R & B Album, (good for her, she's had it tough the past couple of months) btw, I saw a quick glimpse of Robert and Alison in the audience. Looks like they are sitting in the second row facing directly at the stage.

Yep you are right. The more commercial and overexposed, the more they seemed to get talked about! It can be a bit phony at times! I saw that and was like, "WTF?" That's just too bad.

They will start on CBS at 8pm EST. We are all discussing red carpet pre-shows on E! News and the TV Guide channel. Also there was a pre-Grammy awards show held on-line earlier. Alison and Robert have won two awards so far.

I keep missing them, arrggh! Anyways, seems like when they are asking alot of the celebs about who they are excited to see performing, no one has mentioned Robert and Alison! I find that odd, since they are predicted to be the big winners tonight. They all seem to be stuck on Coldplay, U2 and all of the rap artists. Oh well, hope they still kick ass tonight!

Oh no, I missed him! Ok, I know I just said I try to skip the red carpet, now I can't change the channel, LOL. I just saw Kate Bekinsdale (she is so gorgeous!) Jennifer Hudson (looks fabulous) and now they are talking to Dave Grohl on E! News. His wife is very pretty!

I agree, if they were to not win Album of the Year, it would probably go to Coldplay. But, yes they are still the favorites and that has alot to do too with Alison having the most Grammys than any other female in history. Not bad to have as an advantage, huh? LOL. Not to mention the CD is just great. Plus them winning two so far is a good indication I think. ^^SuperDave, I love the avatar!!

Some years they give awards to artists whom you never hear from ever again and skip over those who have been long overdue. Then, some years, they get it right on the mark. Looks like this year, they are off to a great start.

Agreed! It is still hard to believe that Zeppelin never won a Grammy! Anyways, it was great to see them get the Lifetime Achievement Award and then Page/Plant winning one and now Robert with Alison. It's about time!

They may have skipped the red carpet all together. Hey, they don't need all that hype anyways, their music speaks for itself! LOL, I know whay you mean Doc!! I used to love watching the red carpet years ago, but it got old kinda quickly. Alot of that "what are you wearing" over and over, gets annoying after a while. Then by the time the show starts, I am bored because I was watching all the pre-show stuff for 2 hrs. Should be a great show this year. I am off work tomorrow, so I am going to make myself stay awake.
