Conneyfogle Posted January 18, 2010 Author Posted January 18, 2010 Led Zeppelin officially World’s Heaviest Motorcycle “Youdon't get much more heavy metal than this.” Tilo Nieber based his LedZeppelin on an old Russian tank engine. Standing 7'6" tall, and 17'4"inches long, the bike looks nigh on unridable, but is awaiting approvalfrom the German government to drive on the road. The Guinness Book of Records has confirmed it as the heaviest bike in the world, with the engine alone weighing 1.8 tons. Quote
SteveAJones Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Is that officially licensed merchandise? If so, was only the image licensed (though it could be in the public domain) ? In other words, is there any reference to Led Zeppelin or merely use of the iconic photograph? Quote
