Thanks, Kentuckygirl. I know Corcord label is a good one, too, so hopefully , this will be the best ultimate move for Rounder. Sad to see them layoff some of their staff though prior to the merge. I'd rather see them be bought by corcord than for some big label to smuther the life out of them. I have a friend who is a jazz musician on the Corcord label and he said they treat him well there. ro_a Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 oh wow. A younger version of me had a job at the Rounder warehouse, by Fort Apache in Cambridge. I was happy for them the they hit with Robert and A.K. Success is bittersweet, isn't it? I think Rounder's role will be hard to fill in the Boston area. Quote
