kiss of fire
My daughter told me her boss was going. I figured they were going to California to see the show since no date is listed for Arizona on his website. Turns out he is here in at the Gila River Casino in Chandler, Arizona on November 20th. I of course bought a ticket! Info link: http://www.wingilariver.com/index.php/wild-horse-pass/entertainment-events/Jason-Bonham

luvlz2
I've caught Jason twice in Arizona, once with the Healing Sixes(met him) and once with Foreigner at the Celebrity. I really want to go this Saturday but the only way I can get there is by bus. Just checked the bus and it can get me 2 miles away from the casino at 6:55 pm, which would give me a little over an hour to walk the 2 miles and I have someone to pick me up after the concert. It's a long bus trip, but I would do something like this to see this. Edited November 18, 2010 by luvlz2

SteveAJones
I've caught Jason twice in Arizona, once with the Healing Sixes(met him) and once with Foreigner at the Celebrity. Do you have any details concerning the Healing Sixes concert you attended? Specifically the city, venue and date. I don't show it listed in my Jason Bonham Chronology. SteveAJones
Can anyone confirm if the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, AZ was the original venue for this concert? My notes show that venue was listed on the website.
luvlz2
Can anyone confirm if the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, AZ was the original venue for this concert? My notes show that venue was listed on the website. Indeed, that's where the concert was at last night, there are three Gila RIver Casino's; The Wild Horse Pass Gila River Casino, The Lone Butte Gila River Casino, and The Vee Quiva Gila River Casino. The actual name of the venue(where I seen the JBLZE last night) inside the Wild Horse Pass Casino is called Ovations LIVE! Showroom . I meant to post a picture of my ticket but have not figured out how to use Photobucket to post pictures yet since they changed the procedure recently, Can anyone tell me how? Anyway I hope I answered your question.

I don't show it listed in my Jason Bonham Chronology. There is not much on youtube of The Healing Sixes with Jason Bonham that I've noticed. I made an audio recording and got about 4-5 songs on cassette from a mono sony cassette recorder(It was actually the first concert I ever recorded!). Even though its mono it sounds very good because 1.) It was a very, very, very small venue called The Mason Jar, 2.)It was pretty empty, barely any crowd noise at all, so I captured alot of detail in my recording. Too lazy to look for my ticket, but it was on Mother's Day either 2000 or 2001 in Phoenix(The Mason Jar), I don't remember. I did post a picture of my ticket on one of the Jason Bonham threads when I first joined, but can't find it now. I'll repost either when I find the link, or figure out how to use photobucket now that they changed the way to post pictures.
kiss of fire
Great show last night! Nice to rock out with a bunch of Zep heads. Tight musicians Jason picked. Michael Devin is an excellent bassist and I find it ironic that he is also the bassist for Whitesnake. ha ha to funny. Hopefully anyone who can see the tour will! To post a Photobucket photo it should be as simple as right mouse clicking the img code, select copy, and then paste here.
luvlz2
To post a Photobucket photo it should be as simple as right mouse clicking the img code, select copy, and then paste here. I always just highlighted the img code and then dragged it here, but now I can't get any of the codes to highlight for me anymore. They won't highlight and I don't get a copy option when I try to right click the img code, I mean I've been posting images for a while with it always successfully, but not now. I've been messing with it a while today and am getting frustrated, Maybe it has something to do with the recent changes in the last couple of days that they made...Any help from someone would be very appreciated. (edited in: I'm seeing on photobucket's facebook page that lots of people are having the same problem I guess). On a more on-topic note, I hope to see some footage on youtube from last night's concert! Edited November 22, 2010 by luvlz2
