zeppelinheart
I prefer the live version on "How The West Was Won" , with the solo and everything now thinking about it.....they put so much into that song, solo and all.....i have listened to both today, and think that it may be my new favorite version of the song....i had my how the west was won cds stashed away, but its nice to pull them out again....seems like i never heard them before, ya know! myledzep
Opinions? Nothing beats the original....but man did she give it a new twist and life...i love this version as well as the original....ZEPPELIN FOREVER! I too love Ann's rendition of this song. I love what she does with it. I agree...nothing beats the original but I think she did a wonderful job in her interpretation. BTW, her solo album (covers) is pretty good too. She duets with Robert's current musical partner, Alison Krause, on War of Man.
tyedye
I hate it with a passion. She butchered it.
