DAS
www.1000recordings.com Led Zeppelin have two of the 1,000 recordings. Led Zeppelin II and How The West Was Won. What do you think? Are those the two you would have chosen?
Glyn
Hm....tough one. Led Zeppelin II is a monster of an album, has some awesome songs on it, and is my favorite album. I have a soft spot for HTWWW being that I am from Long Beach, and extremely familiar with downtown and the Long Beach arena, plus it's a rockin live album. Having said that, I think that IV deserves to be in the list. Some of the most widely known songs in history. Black Dog, Rock and Roll, Stairway. Definitely one to hear before you die. So then that is Led Zeppelin II and IV. HTWWW is great, but I don't know if you need to hear that one.
Led_Rock_Hard
Led Zeppelin II is brilliant, but I personally would've chosen Physical Graffiti, I do think that's their best album. And How The West Was Won should be there in my opinion.
