Wandering_Spirit
I hate it when people cover Zep songs. I did however enjoy the bit of Immigrant Song that Jeff Beck played with Jimmy Page at the Hall of Fame show in 2009, I think it was. But hey, that's Jeff Beck, and Jimmy was in on it Immigrant song starts about 1.45 But you should really give the whole thing a good listen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v06BcZKZTVM
DewieCox
Tool's take on No Quarter is one of the few I can stomach. I think they top the Zep studio cut, but it doesn't touch a good live take.

Baron Von Zeppelin
Heart is the only group whose LedZep covers i actually like / appreciate. They even perform them at their live concerts - usually at least one at every show. You can find a lot of them on Youtube searching - Heart Led Zeppelin Heart Zeppelin They really do them right with great effort at maintaining the original stamp and delivery. tmtomh
Battle of Evermore - HQ http://www.youtube.c...ature=endscreen I've heard them do Battle of Evermore quite well before - but I think this might be the best! Anyone know what the source is for this? It sounds professional/official-release in quality.
Baron Von Zeppelin
tmtomh , agree it (B.o.E.) was pro job. The various camera angles and sound. It "appears" to me the B.o.E. and BlackDog links i posted are from the same performance. Girls are wearing the same clothes, so are the keyboard player and drummer, in both videos. And the stage sets / backdrops look identical in both. The BlackDog video is listed as being from their last stop on 2002 tour, in Seattle. i have seen some other videos with same set-up , of them doing their own Heart songs , with equal quality. Baron Von Zeppelin
This one sort of seems to be a re-recorded transfer of Heart doing a Studio version of Immigrant Song. Maybe not as stamped and delivered as close to genuine as the Battle of Evermore video - but very well done.
