Absolutely not, they don't own the rights to the film. Also, the performance was not filmed in it's entirety. There are huge gaps in the footage which then made fantasy sequences necessary.

-sounds strange, why would they stop filming in the middle of a song?

To change film canisters, get better angles, whatever. The idea was to film across three nights and compile the best of the best but the director failed to get a complete show.

I know. I wish there was. I want just a concert. Not the fantasies.

the producer who filmed the show was filming with 35 millimeter film...since that was back in the 70's, they were limited with cameras and film so when they were filming, maybe the film would run out or they would move around

so since they filmed all three nights, had fantasy sequences, and filmed on a replica stage in august of 1974, they were able to complete the movie
