  1. I think all 5 dates were filmed. I mean, why wouldn't they be? The photos with JPJ in white are from the 17th, I believe. 17th or 18th.
  2. I don't think there were any cameras on stage. And Getty Images can have the dates wrong. There was a set supposedly from July 29 but it was from the 27th. There are photos from the 23rd listed as May 1! The dates are right but that photo with the screen is either from the 17th or 18th.
  3. I think so. If the picture was in better quality and JPJ wasn't washed out, I could probably date this picture. The still with the video screen (IMTOD) does not match with the 24th or 25th. Robert is not wearing the red blouse, so it's not the 23rd. If JPJ is wearing white, it's the 17th. If not, it's the 18th.
  4. Yes, I am referring to those clips. The picture Geezer posted is the same date as the photo with the video screen. I believe that is the 17th.
  5. Well, that was so kind of you. Also, current list of proshot footage: 1969: Danish TV 3/17 Supershow 3/18 (shot that day) Tous En Scene 6/19 1970: RAH 1/9 Iceland 6/22 (shot by TV news crew) Bath 6/28 (likely) 1973: Atlanta 5/4 Tampa 5/5 (shot by TV news crew) Pittsburgh 7/24 (test footage) MSG 7/27,28,29 1975: MSG 2/7 (shot by TV news crew) Earls Court (24, 25 circulating; 17th confirmed; those photos showing the video screen have Robert in a black blouse, and on the 23rd he wore the red blouse; 18th and 23rd were more than likely filmed.) 1977: Pontiac 4/30 Houston and Landover (not likely as the video screens were not in use and cameras were not reportedly used) Seattle 7/17 1979: Knebworth 8/4,11
  6. Again, it was just test footage. There is no doubt in my mind that they shot more than those two clips, but definitely not the entire concert.
  7. Yes, it's just film shot by a roadie. Probably the same person who caught the 29th on 8mm.
  8. It was just test footage for TSRTS. I doubt they shot much.
  9. Dallas Knebs, can you elaborate on that Zurich video? Angle(s), songs, etc. Maybe you can obtain that sample from the collector?
  10. If it's difficult for me to do it (and I think I came pretty close), then imagine what a complete thing of all 3 nights would be.
  11. Definitely. Sorting and syncing the footage they shot is an absolute nightmare.
  12. Geezer, yes, but two years ago. The Rover, a member here who was actually at the Houston show, said that the screens were NOT in use. Pontiac was used only for the people who couldn't see in the back. Seattle, Earls Court, and Knebworth were shot the same way.
  13. Dallas Knebs, Zurich has no proven evidence. Again, it's just a rumor. Houston is a more wide known rumor, but people AT THE SHOW said the video screens were not in action. Have you seen photos from Pontiac? They clearly have crew members on the stage. Same with Atlanta 1973, which hasn't surfaced yet. I'd love to see a properly filmed 1973 show.
  14. ^ Indeed, but in the case of Houston and Zurich there are no evidence of cameras in photos, and as I explained earlier, people from the Houston show claimed that the video screens were not in use. Zurich is just a rumor with no evidence. For Landover, the caption for that picture of the screen claimed that the screens were not in action.

The footage shot by the professional cameras was supposedly not recorded.) Rumored to have been professionally filmed 28 June 1970 - Shepton Mallet, England @ Royal Bath & West Showground (Bath Festival 1970) -- see this Let me knock some of these out: 21 July 1969 - New York City, New York, USA @ Central Park - rumor, but not professional film. 21 May 1977 - Houston, Texas, USA @ The Summit -- could have been filmed from an elevated position. See this. - Just because The Who were filmed two years earlier doesn't mean Zep was filmed. 30 May 1977 - Landover, Maryland, USA @ Capital Center -- see this. If you actually read the photo, it clearly states that the screens were not in use. 29 June 1980 - Zurich, Switzerland @ Hallenstadion - ONLY FROM ONE SOURCE. That was from an email of all kinds of claims that haven't surfaced.
  16. We're Gonna Groove - Ben E. King
  17. Listening to my sync of the recently discovered Sydney footage. I can't believe how close the guy was to film the band.
  18. Hots on for Nowhere - The Nobs
  19. When the Levee Breaks - Led Zeppelin
  20. 3 Things that is utter bullshit about that movie: 1) Shooting Kennedy from the front? No. 2) Why do people elaborate on the second shot? It was shot from the Depository hitting Kennedy and Connally. And getting hit at 193 and reacting at 225? Really? 3) There is no evidence that a Dal-Tex shooter is there. Anyways... It's hilarious how this is the exact same guy that was promising us a videotape from that EXACT SAME SHOW!
  21. This shouldn't even be considered bullshit. I call it quality entertainment. Claiming something that you cant prove? Ha!
  22. ^ Exactly! They are just tapes... not the "unaltered" Zapruder film!
  23. The big screen was more than likely in use that day. Why would they film with professional video tape cameras and NOT show them on the video screen? If they did it for Earls Court, Seattle, and Knebworth, why not this concert? After all, the Silverdome is a big arena.
  24. Pros: They actually used matching footage this time! MOST of the concert is present. The fix in Dazed is one of the only fixes that I appreciated. The 8mm footage is a great addition! Cons: Removal of Honey Bee, Plant chatter (Ahmet... we did it!), and Boogie Mama The fix in Dazed is not perfect Feedback. Miminal bonus features. It was nice to have the Shepperton rehearsal on video, but something more could be nice.
