Well from the few wines I have tasted I think France and Napa Valley have them beat but good. Thank you for the lovely little Kuala Bears and Kangaroo's of course. So what would a native Aussie reallly look llike? An aboriginie? I would love to see Sydney someday. And swim on a beach there. Great Whites or no Great Whites. But I wonder if New Zealand may be a wiser choice?

Most shocking outcome to a race since the buzzer was used and found at the wire. The jockey banned for life. Really unexplainable how the "better horses" just did not run.

The Preakness Stakes is tomorrow and Orb, the Derby winner has drawn the rail, the 1 post. If any horse can deny him the second leg of the triple crown I believe its Goldencents. He did not like the slop in Kentucky and the shorter distance will suit his tactical speed. No horse has won the triple crown since 1979. Many have won the first two and then been denied in the Belmont. Today is the Black Eyed Susan. The first of a two day daily double wager available at many outlets. I would use the 1 and 6 today with Orb and Goldencents tomorrow. An $8 investment.
Wait just a minute. I just noticed this horse Governor Charlie that nobody is talking about, has ascending workouts breezing the last in 1:10 at 6f. That is a monster of a work. Using

I wound up with $529 for 4 of 5 and $24 each for 3 of 5. One more number and I would have taken down the whole pool. Its the third time I have had 4. I had 4 of 5 on Mega once. 5 gets you $250,000. Not bad. Its possible unlike the Power and the Lotto. And you do win alot of small prizes

I just caught 4 out of 5 numbers on the NY State Take 5. Plus 3 of 5 on two lines. Last draw four of five, with no low numbers, like my ticket paid over $900!!! I will not find out until morning how much I won

I just watched the race, that was the sloppiest track I can remember for the Derby or any of the crown races.
Actually its come up sloppy twice now in the last 4 years or so. Remember Borel running up the dry part of the rail with that nag a couple years back? The son of a bitch knows the track inside out and he stole the dry path. Then they made the usual mistake of putting a microphone up to the stupid midget's mouth on national TV. I can't remember what rumblings came from the toothless dwarf's mouth but it was not worthy of remembering. Of course he was trounced in the Preakness and we still await a triple crown winner, the last coming some 34 years ago in 1979.

Dang. I had the lead with three furlongs to go and my horse fucking lost his stamina. I wonder if the sloppy track doomed me? Well, I still believe I handicapped the race pretty well

Ok, I have looked at the form and I am not crazy about the Derby this year. But the horse I have to side with is 12-1 morning line. Normandy Invasion. So in memory of those on Omaha Beach lay a couple on him. Here is my pick four ticket starting in race 8 3,6,8,-8,9-8,9-5. Now if you are going to use other horses I recommend the european horse the 11. And use the 14 also. In race 12 I like the 7 horse quite a bit. Good Luck

Picking up the pieces of an ended 7 year relationship.
Since I have no clue whether I should be happy or unhappy with the way I feel right now, I just post it here.
Any suggestions how to get a bit more sane, or how to "amuse" myself in this situation are always welcome.
It is going to take Time. Time can do almost anything. Time heals. And is strengthens,. I have been there. I will get better. But unfortunately its going to take some time. Anything you can do to distract yourself would help.

Woodbine race 4 the number 7 horse is named "Red Zeppelin". Think the owner is a fan? There is a horse in trotting with the same name, harness that is. The harness one is a speed and fade type that may win once out of twenty plus efforts. This horse is better and has a shot. Not a gimme, but a shot.
This race does not run until tonight. A bit after 730. So plenty of time if you get the urge
