I don't think they are. The majority the Liquid Led shows are soundboards but most of the Dogs stuff is audience recordings. Also, there isn't much overlap between the shows I've released publicly and the Liquid Led stuff. Based on that, it seems like they're starting with the same unremastered sources the rest of us have.
They are older. I started getting LZ bootlegs off the net about 6-7 years ago and they were around then. They do soundboards only.
They’re great, but not as good as Steve’s. The ones I frequently listen to are the Texas International Pop Festival and Snowblind (both Vancouver shows in ‘75).

Seem to remember the Canada 1975 shows are good as well (Vancouver?)

The 31.8.1969 release of Liquid Led is brilliant. “Ladies and Gentlemen….the Led Zeppelin”

Speak for yourself! I've got nothing to do with Zepster whatsoever...
Just reading the info on the cd's and taking Takashi's notes/links from Twitter.
Zepster? Isn’t that the Argenteum Astrum guy who used to come on here and throw Wobblies left and right? Miss having him around, great entertainment

Glad you're enjoying it. I think I had slept on this version a little originally and this revised listen opened my ears a bit. It's one of the more consistent versions from 77.
Also made me listen to TYG again from this show. Never really appreciated or given it much airspace. It’s a cracker

@Strider Got the new album off my kids for Christmas (even though I ordered it). Listened to it a few times, and it’s left me a bit cold. It’s a 6/10 for me…mind you, it might grow in me if I listen to it a few more times.
All the others, with the exception of Indigo Meadow were an instant hit for me.
What are your thoughts?

I'd back England to be our most strident ally should anything like that ever kick off
I’d like to think so.

I broke my World Cup blackout to watch the England vs. France quarterfinal. I like both countries enough to overcome the stench coming from FIFA, Qatar, and all the usual WC bullshit.
That now makes it 56 years for England and counting. Sorry CP, JTM, and the rest of you English.
The whole thing is a fucking disgrace

Resurrecting this thread.....is one due from the folks at EVSD....or has the well possiby run dry? There was that snippet from Please Please Me from the 29/9/71 show (we only have 2/3 of it in soundboard quality). Possibly the next release?
Just curious - is the feeling that one will be released before Christmas....and if so, which one?

Any update on what this release actually sounds like (he said hopefully...)?
I’m guessing from the radio silence it is not an upgrade in sound

Thanks all. I now have the flacs for these if anyone wants them. Cheers

Good day to you all.
There is a show from 1988 that was an FM recording - can't remember where from - but if anyone has the boot, would sure appreciate a link. Also, if anyone has the Millard recording from that tour, again I would love to hear it.
Cheers
Neil
