EVH among some mentionable guitarist, but not even close to the top rankings. I've seen Eddie play. He's good. He's never taken my breath away though.

They aren't even in the same league. Jimmy is far more talented then Eddie on so many levels. Take a look at the longevity of their music. Take a look at record sales. Take a look at concert records. How many VH songs are timeless? How many LZ songs are timeless? I'm sorry. I like Eddie, and appreciate his ability, but on Jimmy's worst day, he outplays Eddie.

For me, it's not so much the 80's representation, it's the quality of the pic. It seems so unflattering to JP mostly because his fly is down. That's just my opinion though. I didn't mean to sound so critical. Peace, Knebby.

Radioactive man. lol did you ladies intend on the reference to The Fim's song, Radioactive, or was that incidental? I tried a colorfix on that pic as well, and wasn't happy with it, which is why I turned it black and white. It's just a shitty picture on so many levels. Bad color levels, bad lighting, low rez, ugh. About the shoulderpad thing...I am not so sure those are shoulder pads. Jimmy is leaning against Robert, causing the shit to kind of puff up there. It's difficult to say without the other shoulder for visual reference. I think this pic should just be forgotten. There are way nicer pics of Jim and Bob together.

That jacket is absolutely gorgeous. That has to be my favorite of all of JP's stage clothes.

Maybe a better question is what is it's magical purpose.

That pic with Jimmy in green is not a great pic to begin with, and it looks to me like the colors on it have been enhanced, because their skin look orange. Eww. The lighting is poor, Jimmy has his fly down (again). Anyway, I mucked around with it. It's still not a great photo, but at least it isn't dayglow green and orange anymore.

I thought this was a cool pic, although it is a little blurry. He has a smoke ring going around him and not only does he have a cig in his mouth, but he also has a pick there. I think it's sexy when he has the pick in his mouth. I'd like to be Jimmy's pick. My new favorite pic of Jimmy I don't usually like sweaty pics but dang...look at that face! What an angel.
