That's awesome, Lucia. You're mother does have great taste. I do get to talk about him with my aunt, who now loves him more than Robert. She has changed her mind through me. She did go to the concert that wound up in SRTS during the time, she was living and working as a model in New York. I was gazing through my calender tonight after dinner. This is my cover. I'll always think of her singing "I'm Still Here" in Follies. She stood in for that role the night I went the one and only time I was in London in 1988. She will be missed.

Differant places. Read the book George Case wrote about him. That goes into the most detail about him and Jackie, besides When Giants Walked the Earth, that I have seen. The CD is advertised in the current Record Collector with Pink Floyd on the cover. His single was from 1965 "She Just Satifies (which he did everything, but drumming, including singing. The only time I think) and Keep Movin' on the B side. It maybe worth looking into. It's two songs.

I voted 1975. They were at the top then, from what I have seen from mainly SRTS and the last two Earl's Court shows. Though in '73 they were getting close. I would say a tie between both of those. It very hard to pick.

I also love the opening line for Nightflight and Dazed and Confused. Here are couple.. "From the window of your rented limousine, I cought your pretty blue eyes.." "Oh, she's my baby, let me tell you why..." "Then as it was, then again it will be..."

She was very pretty blonde American singer/songwriter in the '60s. Jimmy played on some of her songs when he was a session musican. They wrote together, dated and "Tangerine" Jimmy wrote supposedly about her. She even sings the backing on his single, where he evan sang!!! I think that covers who she is for those who don't know.

That's fine. I am not familar with what they wrote together, other than a couple of tracks.

Yeah. He was in the middle of making a solo album before Mothership and the SRTS DVD, 'that he wanted to get out of his system.' We'll get to hear some of it at least in It Might Get Loud when it's released.

I saw in Record Collector that Jackie DeShannon has new compilation called Break A Way: The Songs of Jackie DeShannon. It has at least two of the songs she wrote with Jimmy that have never been released before on it. It's been out since October and the first I had heard about it was yesterday.

That reminds me of a line out of Girl On A Motorcycle. "When he picked me I began to die..."

I would rather them not tour without Robert, but if it is the only way Jimmy will release his new material, than okay. I just don't want them to ever sell out. I would be happier if they made a album with new material, than tour.
