I had to learn the metric system in science class, Del. And that was about ten years or so ago... I had never heard the word "deadly" used in this context, "Wow, we saw a movie yesterday, and it was just deadly," or "Man, you sure are looking deadly!" I got that last comment from a Canadian friend, and I was like I also wish the loonies and doonies sytem would catch on here in the States. I just don't get why people think that dollar coins are just for collecting.

Oh Jan. Judgmental, are we? Good songs indeed, wendigo! I'm glad to see that many agree with my opinion about early Sabbath. I still have the Black Box on my wish list. I am not too familliar with Sabbath with Dio, but what I've heard of it, I don't like as much.

I bought two copies of Guitar World on Saturday. Yes---I fell for the marketing gimmick of the two covers. I couldn't help it. I haven't opened either of them yet. Have had too much stuff to do lately.

Gin and tonic is one of my favorite drinks, Aqua! I prefer Bombay Sapphire gin...
