  1. Thanks. I'm getting better at it. I did some old color negatives and the machine removed a green tint and dust marks and the colors came out great. I only have a gazillion more to do. Luckily, we didn't run into any moonshiners on this trip. Both kids succumbed to drugs. The girl just last year.
  2. And this is happening where?
  3. A camping trip with my brother and his kids in the Sierras. Mid 80's. I rode the bike. Sadly, both kids have since passed away.
  4. Just saw him in the remake of 'Stagecoach.'
  5. Yes, it's a flatbed scanner which has holders for 35mm and 120 film. It was $183.00. I got it mainly for my black & white negatives. It will scan color negs, slides and documents. I am still getting the hang of it and the ones I've scanned look great so far. Now I have to figure out how to save them. I called Canon and they are good at helping out. I know I'll have to call them again. Once you scan them you get a positive (preview) showing thumbnails and you can then edit, adjust brightness, contrast, color, etc. I was never able to get the great tone and clarity in a conventional darkroom as I am with digital editing, but I will keep shooting film. Tri-X is my favorite. PM me if you need more info.
  6. Today I received my Canon 9000F Mark 2 film and document scanner. Now I can get rid of all my old darkroom equipment.
