  1. ^ WOW. Thanks Sam - some great 1977 shots!

    WOW x 2...... Thanks to Sam for posting some fantastic color'77 shots...yet another few photos I never seen before of Jimmy!!

    and AEN, that photos of Jimmy with Cricket Bat that is most close up one I ever seen, I recall the other alternative photo,similar, Jimmy also has in his Official Autobio...I remember to date this famous photo when it was first published in 1979, the high school years coming to close, although the new punk movement was on the rise, Jimmy remained still a very Popular Rock Star, the early 80's it was now indeed a new era...this is how I remember the atmosphere around this photo...

    and I feel like to print these stories and have a little collection, a free loader, so to speak... ;) so thanks all....

  2. I saw Sam posted the this one yesterday. Is that Cameron Crowe with Jimmy? We were guessing it was around time of the NYC premiere. I know he interviewed Jimmy and did radio program.

    ...AEN, indeed Thanks to Sam, our Webmaster always posts some rare of the rarest photos that we never seen before!! Totally love that scarf, feel like to go shopping with Jimmy!! ( I have same color wardrobe, how is that for execuse!!) :wub:

    I think also it is Cameron Crowe, remembering the previous photo in the Timeline Section, this is the second one now..

  3. I go to the farmer's markets and audition heirloom tomatoes. It cracks the vendors up. I take lots of photos and that carries me through the bleak post-tomato season.

    I've never done any paintings that reference the film, but one may be in the works. My paintings are all autobiographical, a kind of visual journal. Some are more oblique than others. I'm a hybrid, being a writer and painter. As a friend who switched from architectural design to writing mysteries says, she's changed from being a vizzie to a verbie. I went the other way.

    Ms. Parker, after viewing your absolutely stunning collection via your Official Site, I look forward to this newest possibility of paintings referencing TSRTS Film. We are very fortunate to have you here. Your passionate artistic vision restorts the viewer's faith that all things in this universe were created perfectly and beautifully, couldn't been any other way. Thank you again for such a treasured gift to the eye.....

  4. Michael, your return was eagerly awaited by me, as you last said it will take few weeks...You are so warm, kind to share some fantastic photos from your collection....

    loved all of these photos, glad you captured the Police, my fav, post-zep era. my fav. Andy Summers;

    Looking forward to your next collection, if any more of Zep, always loved and awaited...I totally loved the way you captured Jimmy Page....it was too perfect, the atmosphere, as it was, intoxicating!!! Beautiful...

    THANK YOU AGAIN,

    ...and I wish you the very best of health and happiness...

  5. Thank you for this, PlanetPage. It is new to me. It does look like he was wearing a vest at this show.

    ...you welcome, my fellow Pagette...he does look like he is wearing a shiny vest over black T; going by the reviews, I think he is wearing a black

    dragon pants to match...

    He is very photogenic, always and always...never fails to impress the Pagettes... :wub:

  6. Thank you Ms. Parker for posting this extra ordinary LZ Moment from your very artistic journey thus far....a moment standing still for decades, suddenly has been unchained from hands of time...indeed wonderful...thank you again..

  8. For the record, SAJ has never worked for the band or ever had any affiliation with any of the members. I don't see where he has ever claimed that, at least here on the forum. He is a fan.

    Jahfin, please use the "ignore" feature if you don't want to read a member's posts. If you continue fighting with others here, you'll end up being banned next time. There are many requests for that to happen already.

    Back to the thread.....

    :coffee:

    ....Thank you for this clarification, understood that is difficult for you to communicate with fans in this regard, very difficult position to be,

    and SAJ, reviewing the comments herein, I do not think that your spirtiual devotion to Led Zeppelin, their cause/purpose, is questioned or negated at adminsration level, I think that our Webmaster is simply clarifiying in the literal sense that is necessary function of his duty....

    and as for the fans questioning, anyone who makes contribution with such magnificent details, SAJ, it is pointless to ponder as to who they truly are...somethings should be just understood....

  9. Actually, having met the man on a couple of ocassions, I can honestly say that he is neither narcissistic nor a creep. You sir should get back to doing what you do best....commenting on every new album in existance.

    ..Ally I am truly saddened by this...I hope this will lead to postive contribution, sometimes things happen, but I think we are wise at this age to let these trivial things in our life take over...really, we should just come by and have fun with each other talking about LZ and the days gone by...this makes life worthwhile..

  10. Irreconcilable differences with the webmaster have led me to decide I could not continue in this forum.

    ....SAJ, surely you are just upset and when you are ready, please do come back...the fans are always looking forward to your magnificient attention to detail, ...afterall, you are fan of Led Zeppelin...this is a main and only qualification of anyone who gains access and becomes member of this Forum, even James Patrick Page is a fan of Led Zeppelin, our decisions have no impact on Led Zeppelin or that era...our differences..these are just too trivial, to make a moment beautiful for someone is a challenge in life, and I think you are wise and intellegent to let this negativity impact you this way...here is hoping that you the LZ fans will enjoy what is contirbuted from our fellow LZ Fan SAJ.... :notworthy: :notworthy: and leave what is not contributed behind...there are many other things important in life...

  11. Thank you for you kind words Kenog, I loved photos of our beloved John Bonham, that I have not seen before... 9 "Pages" of Led Zeppelin Photos altogether in this link above;

    ..and here He is, charming someone somewhere in time, stealing many dreams as possible... ;):wub:
