Just like any other movie. It didn't give the option. Here's a new one partly produced by Lars Ulrich. SF's own, Carol Doda. https://www.imdb.com/video/vi916637209/?ref_=tt_vi_i_1

Strider
Sweet Gloria Grahame double-feature last week. Saw the brand new 70mm print of "The Searchers" at the Egyptian last Sunday. One of my favourite John Ford/John Wayne westerns. Looks and sounds incredible. Always touching to see John Wayne honour his deceased pal Harry Carey in the last scene by cradling his arm just like Harry used to do. Ward Bond, Vera Miles, John Qualen, Natalie Wood, Hank Worden, and many John Ford regulars pop up in the cast. Ken Curtis, who plays 'Charlie McCorrie', would go on to play 'Festus' on the tv show "Gunsmoke". A silly double-bill this past Monday at the New Beverly thart I surprisingly enjoyed...especially the first movie, 1976's "Drive-In", set at a drive-in in a small Texas town. I could see Richard Linklater seeing this movie as a kid and using it as a kind of template for his "Dazed and Confused". The best thing about "Hot Stuff" was Suzanne Pleshette and Jerry Reed. Veronica Lake was one of the few actresses around that could make Alan Ladd seem like a giant. Veronica was less than 5' while Alan was 5'6". Strider
Whenever "The Good, the Bad & the Ugly" is playing, it's a good excuse to round up your buddies and go. Especially if Tarantino is showing a nice IB Technicolor print. The pre-show cartoon was the 1948 Merrie Melodies "Bugs Bunny Rides Again" directed by Friz Freleng. In the lobby was a display case of Clint Eastwood movie-related items, including the hat Lee Van Cleef wore in "The Good, the Bad & the Ugly". "When you have to shoot, shoot...don't talk!" redrum
As much as I love Lee Marvin, Paul Newman and Strother Martin, this had to be one of the boringest movies ever. Best part of the movie was the '59 Buick LeSabre.

Pre-show cartoon was a Disney Silly Symphony "The Ugly Duckling". The artwork in "Sleeping Beauty" was breathtaking.
