Jahfin
Still crap. Have you read them?
Strider
Have you read them? I would say that he hasn't...either that, or he has no sense of humour, or perspective, about pop culture. Oh well, too bad...it's his loss.

Oh well, too bad...it's his loss. I haven't read them either but I've read enough of Klosterman's work to know that he has his tongue planted firmly in cheek. For the more avid fanboys with no sense of humor, I could see where they might take offense.
Electrophile
Still crap. How can you say a book is crap if you've never read it? I thought I'd hate Gravity's Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon, but once I sat down and read the thing, I found I really enjoyed it.
Honeybrown1976
It was a good read. I enjoyed the phone dialogue and the perceived response by Percy on the previous paragraph about his feelings on his band. If that's an example of sucking, well, hot damn. fenderbass
i always wonder what the hell that telephone was doing on the keyboard. that was the only part of the essay i found pretty entertaining, the rest sounded like this character had a good time making zeppelin sound like a cartoon act. danelectro
Holy cow, some folks here need to comprehend what they read before commenting. The defense of the band concerning a piece that is obviously written to be complimentary is baffling.

People either cannot comprehend what they're reading, either due to young age or lack of education, or they are such Fanboys that they are missing the point that Klosterman is PRAISING Led Zeppelin.
