zepscoda
We're going this weekend for a quick theatre trip. 3 shows in 2 days. And food. Can't wait! Nice ! What shows and what theaters?
ebk
Saturday evening, Constellations with Jake Gyllenhaal and Ruth Wilson. Mr ebk really likes Ruth Wilson. That show is at the Samuel Friedman Theatre on 47th. Sunday afternoon, On the Town at the Lyric on 42nd. I really want to see this. Sunday evening, Between Riverside and Crazy at the Second Stage on 42nd. This got good reviews and it's one of the few shows going on Sunday nights, so we're there! Making reservations for food as we speak.
Patrycja
^ Amazing, ebk! I love New York. And theatre. Saw Pacino a couple of times there, "Merchant of Venice" (he played Shylock) - it was very good, and "Glengarry Glen Ross" - it was kind of uneven, frankly, not the sum of its parts. But anyway, I was in New York exploring the city, and visiting friends. I hope you have a great time and let us know about the productions!
