Like M said, if it exists- and I am coming to realize how likely it is that every show was taped- its still held private or in a semi-private small circles. Over the years, the list of "not taped" has gradually been dwindling as I cross off cities/dates as boots surface. My list of "missing/not available" is less than half what it was in 2003.
