kipper Posted July 29, 2021 Share Posted July 29, 2021 Update for all fans of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul Late last evening there was news of Bob Odenkirk (who plays Saul Goodman in the Breaking Bad prequel Better Call Saul ) having suffered some medical event during filming of the final season of Better Call Saul, and was rushed to a hospital in New Mexico. TMZ first reported the news, and for over 24 hours no updates available, which concerned many fans of this beloved TV franchise. A few hours ago it was reported that the incident was heart related, and Odenkirk is now in stable condition, being attended by his doctors. And I am ashamed to admit that I have selfish reasons for my interest in this as Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad are the best shows in the last 20 years. And that being said, I wish Odenkirk a speedy recovering. Plus him being the star of this show, there are THOUSANDS of people's livelihoods also riding on his getting healthy again.
