Jahfin
Bought CD's of High Voltage and Powerage by AC/DC from Border's in downtown Boston, Massachusetts Those are what you'd consider "lame" purchases?
Deborah J
Just the one, at least that I'm aware of. What, you got some Air Supply hidden away in your collection? I know I have at least one 45 by Elton John and one by the Bee Gees in mine. Jahfin, I have two vinyl Air Supply, all of Elton Johns albums and a few Bee Gees...variety is a good thing:-)
Electrophile
I bought Step By Step by New Kids On The Block. I used to have it on tape a long, long, long, LONG time ago when it first came out, but it has long since vanished into the ether. So I got the hankerin' to replace it on CD, and I did. Brought back some nice memories of my youth and put a smile on my face. Can't argue with that.
danelectro
Hmm not sure if this is lame or not but I just bought Old School Vol 9. As much as I like many of those songs I skip over a few. What is EXTREMELY lame is how tough it is to find classic funk, soul and r&b albums in stores these days. 1. Super Freak - Rick James 2. Celebration - Kool & the Gang 3. Early in the Morning - The Gap Band 4. Too Hot Ta Trot - The Commodores 5. Real Love - Jody Watley 6. Do You Love What You Feel - Rufus/Chaka Khan 7. Don't Stop the Music - Yarbrough & People 8. Candy - Cameo (7' Version) 9. Let It Whip - Dazz Band 10. Oh Sheila - Ready for the World 11. Feels Good - Tony! Toni! Tone! 12. Rub You the Right Way - Johnny Gill 13. Don't Be Cruel - Bobby Brown 14. Girlfriend - Pebbles 15. No Diggity - Dr. Dre/Blackstreet 16. Upside Down - Diana Ross

Oracle
I just recently got this. Lame ? I don't think so, but I'm sure there are plenty here who do think so !!
Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
Well, I do have a couple of cassette tapes by Boney M.! LOL! I guess that sure does make me look a tad bit lame!
Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
I just realised that I have collected quite a bit of junk while in my pre-teens and teens : 1. Everything Changes - Take That 2. Mouth To Mouth - Lipps Inc. (I do love a bit of disco but I have absolutely no idea what I was thinking! ) 3. Baby One More Time - Britney Spears 4. Steps - Step One 5. Coast To Coast - Westlife Thank goodness it's all in cassette form! I am definitely going to try and auction it all off on the website trademe.co.nz! Sheesh! I know this is about recent lame purchases but I just couldn't help myself! Edited October 27, 2010 by Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
I have Boney M, Daddy Cool... How's that for lame? LOL! Me too! All the albums are in cassette form though! It's all my mom's fault! I swear! She made me buy it and listen to it because those are some of her favourite artists from her youth! Oh boy! *Sigh!
