I don't know what this is

I found this in my garage and it isn't like anything i have seen before:

It is kind of like a stained glass with sparkles in it. I haven't seen this before and i was wondering if anyone here has seen it.

It's really cool. I'm going to guess that it's a carnival glass piece. I have one, but it's a painted mirror.

I would have to agree. It looks as though it may have come from a State Fair kind of thing, either as a prize or for outright purchase. Just a guess though. Cool piece though.

Agreed. I have a few of my own as well. They're unlicensed so the variety of examples out there is infinite.

I worked in the early and mid 70's at a concession stand at a local amusement park, and we used to give those away as prizes. They would come unassembled and we used to spend hours putting the glass together with a piece of cardboard and then fit the frames around. They were really popular back then from what I remember.
